Ms. Griggs is a senior consultant, trainer and executive coach who specializes in leadership development and communication. She is also a professor in the MBA program at Kenichi Ohmae Graduate School of Business. Ms. Griggs' professional experience includes 17 years as an educator in the USA and a decade in Europe and Japan with The Coca-Cola Company, where, among other key roles, she served as financial/operational controller of a $500 million Coca-Cola business unit and manager of Sales Planning and Analysis for one of The Coca-Cola Company's top 3 international markets. Ms. Griggs speaks four languages fluently and has Master's Degrees in International Business Management, Conflict Facilitation & Organizational Change, and French Language and Literature. She received her executive coach training at the College of Executive Coaching and is also a certified "Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach." She is a member of ICF, ATD and SoL, is co-chair of the Human Resource Management Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, and serves on the boards of the United Sports Foundation and the Tokyo American Club.
